In terms of operation form, the glove box has single-sided and double-sided operation forms; in terms of structure, there are integrated and split types; in terms of function, it has automatic control of gas pressure, automatic control of water and oxygen content, and automatic regeneration of the purification column. Restoration, etc.; has functions such as three-level user management, safety prompts, fault alarm and diagnosis, data storage, audit tracking and electronic signature. Main Structure
◆Structure: The overall structure adopts a square shape, with internal circular arc transitions and no cleaning dead corners. The operating surface adopts a transparent window design as a whole.
◆Material: SUS316L/304 stainless steel, thickness 2-3 mm.
◆Inner surface: Stainless steel polished to<0.6 µ m Ra.
◆External surface: Stainless steel wire drawing treatment<0.8 µ m Ra, polished connection welding<1.2 µ m Ra.

◆Gloves: Equip with an appropriate number of gloves; Suitable for operating height. The quantity, position, and size of gloves will be determined during the detailed design phase based on model testing,
◆The gloves are made of Hypalon material, which is convenient for personnel to operate and clean.
